ONGOING ACTIVITIES
  • The 9th and 10th of March of 2023 the WCD International Symposium What is New in Educational Leadership? An overview from practice will be celebrated in Madrid.
  • On 28 June 2022, a final dissemination session of the LEI Programme in the Community of Madrid was held with the sectors involved: management teams, public administration, teachers, mentors, researchers, evaluators and promoters of the programme.
  • From February to May 2022, CEPCEP in coordination with the Municipal Directorate of Education of Viana-Luanda, offered the WCD training course to 41 directors of public schools in Luanda.
  • Throughout 2022, the replicability of the programme has been worked on and organised in Madrid, presencially, and in the UNED at national and Ibero-American level, online.
  • On July 15, the session of final balance was celebrated with the mentorship team.
  • On July 1, the session of balance and exchange of experiences LEI was celebrated with all of the management teams.
  • The evaluation team's coordination group got together on April 7 to close the instruments of evaluation.
  • On February 22, a meeting of the research team was held to prepare the academic dissemination of the project results.
  • Pilot school leadership teams gathered on February 11 and exchanged successful experiences on WCDL Programme implementation in their schools.
  • A second meeting with the mentoring team has been held on January 26 following-up the implementation of WCDL Programme in pilot schools.
  • The first WCDL Mentoring recap session was held on November 17, aimed at sharing the first impressions of the mentors in the performance of their role.
  • On October 1, a training session was held with the WCDL Team of Mentors.
  • In September, the implementation phase after the WCD Leadership Training Course begins, together with the monitoring of the school leadership teams through mentoring.
  • On July 2, the school leadership teams presented their end-of-course projects, aimed at implementing in their schools the specific contribution of the WCDL vision.
  • The WCDL training course continues, adapting to the confinement caused by COVID19.
  • Project partners visit Portuguese schools (February 27) and carry out a day of monitoring the WCDL program in Lisbon.
